"Hard work will always overcome adversity"
-My Dad

Growing up, my Dad taught my 3 sisters and I that anything can be accomplished when you have an insane work ethic coupled with a positive attitude. I try to use that life lesson from my Dad as a bedrock to how I approach complex problems.

My first "full time job" growing up was as an athlete. The sport I fell in love with was wrestling. My Dad was a Division-1 wrestler and trained me to a Pennsylvania state championship in High School which earned me a scholarship to wrestle D-1 at the University of Virginia.
At UVA, I received an undergraduate degree in Leadership and Public Policy from the Batten School. I also received a Master's Degree in Higher Education from the Curry School.

Post-graduation, I was hired for my first corporate job at a fortune 10 technology company where I excelled in software sales. Parallel to working my corporate job, I discovered my true love as an entrepreneur and started my first eCommerce brand, Dicey.
Over the course of the next 5 years I developed my skills in the eCommerce arena by bringing products from idea to inception, and then figuring out how to successfully sell them online. Dicey started to do pretty and at one point we were doing a few thousand units in sales a month.

When the volume of Dicey sales hit a level that was too much for me to ship the units myself I found an eCommerce fulfillment center to help take the shipping burden off of my shoulders. Dicey went through 3 different 3PLs (3rd party logistic centers) over the course of a year and a half. That is when I decided to bring the shipping back in house and start,ShipDaddy.

ShipDaddy is an eCommerce fulfillment center that specializes in 'flexible fulfillment'. ShipDaddy thrives by helping D2C merchants with custom requests that the big-boy fulfillment centers refuse to offer. While growing ShipDaddy, we started another brand in the tabletop board game space called, OK Boomer.
OK Boomer is an all-inclusive family trivia game that levels the playing field for players of all ages to compete against each other in a generational battle of wits. To win the game, a player needs to get a question correct from each generation: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X, Baby Boomer, & the Silent Generation.

I greatly enjoy creating brands and solving problems in the eCommerce space. I work with lots of different D2C companies to help them overcome various hurdles they are having with their businesses. I look forward to growing our companies and helping others grow theirs for a long time to come.
